Calling All Car Lovers!
It is Wednesday, so "What is in the Attic with Jim?"
Jim Hodges, our Curator, has a nice collection of New Bern postcards from all different eras. This one, from the Ernest Richardson III Collection, is particularly lovely with great color and detail. It is Middle Street, and you can see the Elks Building down the street to the left, and Central Cafe on the right side of the street. The postcard appears to be circa 1930's but the car lovers out there may be able to assist with a date.
