Prices (NC sales tax will be added):

  • $25 general admission 8-9 April
  • $15 active duty military, family members & students w/ a current ID
  • $15 Historical Society members
  • $15 ea for groups of 10 or more purchased at same time (call our office)

Prior to the event, tickets can be picked up at Historical Society office, 511 Broad Street during normal office hours, Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm. On tour days, April 8-9, tickets can be picked up at the will call tent outside the Historical Society office at 511 Broad Street from 9:30am-4pm. New Bern’s history is a remarkable story of strength and resilience. Neither hurricanes nor pandemics can erase that history! Celebrate the endurance of New Bern’s beauty and charm with the return of the Heritage Homes Tour on April 8-9.

This self-guided tour includes nine very special homes in historic downtown, ranging from glorious to tiny, from 19th century to brand spanking new. These are livable family homes with rich stories and diverse architecture that illustrates New Bern’s amazing history. Add artists, live music, gardens in bloom, and yummy food trucks to the mix for an unforgettable tour!

Ticket prices $20 advance, $25 days of event, $15 active duty military, students, and Historical Society members, $15 ea for groups of 10 or more.
